PSA Constructors, Inc. has been fortunate to participate in some unique and significant projects over the past fifteen years including Prime Sub role with URS on the City of Phoenix Arizona Ten Years Capital Improvement Program (CIP) on Sky Harbor International Airport, Goodyear, Deer Valley Airports, and on-going PM Services at the Orlando International Airport on various improvement programs. PSA is a prime consultant providing PM/CM Services for the New High School, and Temporary Facility for Saint Mary’s Academy of the Holy Family, and similar service for The Pre-School Learning Center, New Orleans, LA. Long term associate partnership with Turner Construction Company for CM services for twelve schools (elementary, middle, and high) for the Orange County School Board and the renovation of the 1927 Orange County Courthouse clearly solidify our ability to deliver.
