The following are some of the projects we have managed and/or developed during the history of our company in the educational area which we call Education Experience. We are very proud to share this information with you and the rest of the world to let everyone know about our company and our services. A very important detail about our Education Experience, each project has been finished within time and budget. In this area our most representative work are the Florida A and M University (FAMU) Law School and the K-12 Schools. Project Management Site Inspection Contracts Administration Project Definition Project Budgets and Estimates Web Site development and Update Project Cost $470 million Completion Date: 2003 PSA and the Team were selected as program managers for the New School portion of the District Wide Capital Outlay plan. The plan included some 27 new schools constructed over five-year period. PSA provided Project Managers, Schedulers, Estimators and Administrative Assistant. PSA played a leading role in creating District Wide Facility Lists and also lead the team to produce value engineering for their clients PSA also integrated and coordinated the owner supplied items. Ran Direct Purchase Program for the school District and their Owner Controlled insurance Program (OCIP) which saved the District many hundreds of thousands of dollars. |

Project Management Site Inspection Contracts Administration Project Definition Project Budgets and Estimates Web Site Development and Update Project Cost $350 million Completion Date: 2005 In joint venture with 3D/International and O’Brien Kreitzberg, PSA Constructors, Inc were selected by the School District of Palm Beach County, Florida (the 6th largest in the country) to be their Program Managers responsible for 16 projects with total budgets of $350 million. PSA Constructors, Inc. provided Senior Program Managers, Site Inspectors, Administrative Assistants and Educational Planners for this program. The projects being managed represent about 1/3rd of the entire School District’s Five Year Capital Outlay Plan and include the following: Project Definition, Project Budgets/ Schedules, Architect selection, C M at Risk selection, Project Management, Construction Administration, Direct Owner Purchasing, Web Site Design/Update, Community Outreach and Minority Program. Acting on behalf of the School District the Program Management Team has been instrumental in producing right-sized facility lists that have saved the District on average 10% of floor space for each project. The Team has also used, where possible re-use designs which have further saved the District $millions direct costs and many months design time for each project. The 16 projects included four replacement high schools, four middle schools and eight elementary schools and they are due for completion over the next four years. |

Project Management Site Inspection Contracts Administration Project Definition Project Budgets and Estimates Web Site Development and Update Temporary Facility – Project Cost = $6.4M Permanent Campus – Project Cost = $42M PSA Constructors, Inc. provided Project Management Services for St. Mary’s Academy in New Orleans. Scope of work: Temporary Facility includes metal buildings for class rooms, Cafeteria, multi-purpose building, Library, 12 Toilets buildings, music building, and 44,000 SQ. FT. wood deck platform with cover canopy and Administration Buildings. Permanent Campus: New High School Campus for seven hundred fifty (750) students. The proposed School Campus will have seven buildings (Administration, Library and Faculty House, Classroom Wing #1, Classroom Wing #2, Science and Art Wing Classroom, Dining and Kitchen, and Gymnasium) designed around a green open area. The Campus includes a soccer field, Tennis court, gathering and green areas. The Site is approximately 41.76 acres. Most of the buildings have two stories, except the Administration Building and the Gymnasium Building that will have only one story. Total construction area is 99,721 Square Feet (SF) |

Project Management Site Inspection Contracts Administration Project Definition Project Budgets and Estimates Web Site Development and Update Project Cost: $2.0 million Temporary Facility and New Facility for The Preschool Learning Center, Inc. in New Orleans, Louisiana under the leadership of Mr. Aliu. The project scope consists of the Temporary Facility which includes the existing building with two separate areas, first and second floor area in the rear of the building, not included in the scope, shall be separated by a two hour firewall. First floor entrance area (approx. 7,200 s.f.) along with the canopy shall be renovated for temporary use. Existing site work includes provision for new paint striping for the existing parking lot area, replacement of existing fence, and installation of new playground equipment. |

Project Management Site Inspection Contracts Administration Project Definition Project Budgets and Estimates Web Site Development and Update Project Cost: $350 million Completion Date: 2002 In joint venture with our partners was selected by the State of New Jersey to be their Program Managers responsible for the Newark Public schools Capital Outlay Plan. The initial contract is for $500 million and represents only Phase I of this multi-phase program. The contracted work was District wide and included Immediate Needs projects, totaling $120 million, covering life safety, building envelope and Americans with Disabilities Act improvements. The Program Management Team was also responsible for District wide Comprehensive Planning, managed design schedule, budget, reviewed and processed change orders. |

The construction consists of 2 story prototype design building housing administration, classrooms, art and music rooms, kitchen, multi-purpose room, dining area, and covered play area. Tilt way construction with brick exteriors, windows and metal roofs. |

Project Management Site Inspection Contracts Administration Project Definition Project Budgets and Estimates Project Cost: $ million Completion Date: 2002 In joint venture with our partners, our team was selected by Orange county school board to be their Construction Managers responsible for the New Palmetto Elementary school project. Palmetto is the first-class educational learning facility consisting of: Approximately 90,000 square feet and the renovation of the existing facility totaling approximately 50,000 square feet. The new building consist of 48 classrooms for K through 5th grade, a music suite, art studio and patio, media center, dining area and storage, student clinic and administrative facilities. |

Project Cost: $21 Million Percentage of Work Completed: 100% Project Completion Date: 2005 PSA Constructors, Inc. in a joint venture with Turner Construction Company, provided 40% of the construction management services for the construction of FAMU Law School in Orange County, Florida. PSA scope included project engineering, project superintendent, contract administration and QA/QC. FAMU Law School is an educational complex consisting of: - 4-Story building totaling approximately 160,385 square feet - Concrete and masonry buildings with brick exteriors, windows and Mod Bit roof. - Classrooms, labs, administration facilities, a library, study, trial and court rooms. |
