PROGRAM MANAGEMENT PSA provides complete Program Management services. As Program Manager, PSA serves as an extension of the owneris staff and the resources through the design and construction of a project. This Professional Management enables an owner to maintain direct and total control over all aspects of the project. The Program Management approach provides overall control and direction regarding all design and construction of the project through a single entity. Resources provided by PSA include overall project management and maintenance of the master plan, including the master schedule and budgets, coordination of multiple disciplines (i.e architects, engineers, planners, developers, contractors, regulatory agencies and others), coordination and monitoring of the design efforts, regular budget and schedule updates, supervision of the selection of qualified designers and contractors, and coordination and management of the contracts. |
