Mr. Aliu has held various responsible positions before establishing PSA, coming through the ranks as planner, project architect, project manager, and project director. He has specialized in working for Public Clients in the US and has pioneered the use of Value Management Techniques using parametric computer cost modeling, right-sizing of all functional areas and maximizing value with accurate Life Cycle Analysis of Systems, Assemblies and Materials over the entire life of a facility. |
